From enquiry to completion, the customer service was excellent. I managed to secure a visit within 2hrs of contact as he was luckily already in the area. William arrived and what a lovely young man. He was very helpful and efficient in dealing with a Wasps Nest that had only been located the night before. He stayed until the activity had subsided; and was reassuring with his explanation that they would not return. He is a credit to your company. Great experience, been using Hullternative for a few years and the service I receive has been excellent. I have used them for mice and wasp control in my loft as well as rats in the garden. They are always efficient, can come on same day if needed and charge a fair price. All staff are friendly and will call back if required.
