While I typically avoid leaving negative reviews, I feel it’s important to share my experience to help future customers make an informed decision regarding the service I received from Humberto. I originally gave Humberto a 1 star, but Humberto reached out to me immediately to rectify the issue. Humberto came out two days later with a helper, and the two of them sealed the 20ft opening along my basement wall. They removed the old worn insulation and vacuumed the debris, not only along the wall, but throughout the basement. They then cut and screwed sections of wood completely sealing the opening. Once that was completed, they cut and added insulation along the 28ft wall. With the left over insulation, they added that along the adjacent wall. I am completely satisfied with the work the two of them completed. Not only am I critter free, the basement is quite warm now. Thank you!

Humberto is awesome! He's personable, communicates well, is very knowledgeable and effective. Rates are also very reasonable. I found him while looking to support a local business owned by a POC (person of color) and was very impressed. Highly recommend 👌🏽

Humberto is responsive, picks up the phone when you call, and is easy to schedule with. Pricing is much less than the larger pest control companies in town. He seems knowledgeable, and is quick and efficient. I can confidently recommend his services.

Called Humberto last year (sorry for the delay in review!) to deal with a raccoon in the attic. SUPER easy to communicate with, caught the little fella upon the critter's next visit. Humberto took her out of the attic with care, quickly identified it was soon-to-be mama, and took her somewhere to be a happy little raccoon away from my house. Humberto showed he knows raccoons and cares about keeping them safe through the process. Would gladly call again if I have a similar issue down the road.

I rent with a property management company and a clueless landlord and they moved me in next to roach infested hoarders! I've complained about this infestation and my neighbors, even after they finally got evicted. The roaches became AGGRESSIVE and started nesting in my unit. I took it upon my self to hire Humberto Pest Management services because I will not be under the mercy of this incompetent management company and landlord. While they were treating my place, the actual pest control swooped to give me a notice that they're entering the apartment. I do not regret calling them, my money wasn't wasted. The more the merrier, I don't caaaaaaaaare. I hate roaches and I've been very patient with my landlord dragging his feet! The duo who came and helped me were helpful and knowledgeable. They actually treated my unit with chemicals rather than BAITS ALONE. Baits are really good, but useless for a major infestation below me and within the hallway. Thank y'all so much! They're affordable too!
