Great customer service and results! We had a couple of crickets in our house that were very annoying. We called IPM, and they were out to the house shortly and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. Could not be happier. They will be our first call whenever we need assistance.

IPM is the ONLY place we use for our seasonal creepy crawlers. Not only are they reasonably priced in comparison to other companies we’ve priced, they are very respectful and kind. Scheduling is fairly quick also!

Bedbugs were a 0/5, would not recommend. However, IPM was fantastic! They were always responsive, answered all of my many questions, and did a thorough job of treating the issue. Although I’d much prefer not to need pest control again, if I ever do I would not hesitate to reach out to them.

We purchased a property three years ago and had IPM out right before we moved in because we noticed quite a few bugs (we live on conservation land in the woods). I contacted 5 exterminators. 2 of them came out and the biggest reason why I did not go with them was because they tried to convince me I needed so much more than I was able to afford. Gary from IPM came out and was very nice, extremely informative and I will definitely be using IPM if I am ever am in need of an exterminator!!
