I had a big swarm land in my tree. I'm terrified of flying bugs. I google search someone to pick up, did not want them killed. They came out within the hour, they were able to get them. I am so thankful for this company.

I spoke with someone on the phone back in April, I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw the other negative review, because I think everyone should be informed of multiple negative communications. Maybe they were having a bad day. I'll never know now. I was cut off while trying to explain my bee situation, and the guy sounded very irritated and asked if he could call me back later, and he never did. It was a quick negative response over the phone, and I'm glad I didn't have to deal with him in person. I am hopeful I will find someone else who can help me with my bee situation.

Bad communication about arrival time, I let them know multiple times I would need to know when they arrive and then found out they were already on our property without letting us know. Also bad communication informing us on how they remove the bees and what to expect. He was so fast, which usually would be a good thing, but he didn’t give the bees enough time to go into his box so he left tons behind. As he was walking away we asked what to do with the rest of the bees and he didn’t make eye contact, he just said “spray them.” Umm? That’s why we called a bee rescue. We definitely didn’t spray them and had to call a different local bee rescue to ask what we should actually do. They were much more helpful and wish we called them instead to begin with. I would question the motives of this place, I just felt very uneasy afterwards.

We were not sure what we had so we sent in a picture and it was not honey bees it was yellow jackets that were nesting inside the Eve of our home. We could hear them at night. They came right out to verify and then returned the next night to rid our home of these pests. They were knowledgeable, nice and very fast. It took Zar over an hour and he sealed the hole. We are so relieved. Thank you,
