***Company never responded to my complaint with BBB. There are spots in my yard where the grass has burned and gone away completely. Use this company with caution…. **Update....they are still not taking accountability. I am cancelling my service and filing a complaint with the BBB **Sigh***….it saddens me to write this review as I had a good experience with them last season. However, they came out this past Monday to treat my lawn, second application of this season. Temperature was almost 90 degrees but they proceeded with the application. The next day when I came home, I was appalled at the appearance of my lawn. I wish I had take a before picture, but I had just been complimented on my lawn by my neighbor and was going to recommend their services. I contacted the company and got a follow up the next day but felt completely gaslight being told I need to “water it more”. Person who cut my lawn confirmed the application should not have been done in that kind of heat. Still waiting on someone from the company to come out and look at my lawn. I am withholding payment until this issue is resolved.

Independent Lawn service has been taking care of our lawn for the past year and I have to say our lawn is so much better than before. It’s thicker, green and free of weeds and grubs. I truly love how well they treat and care for our lawn. They’ll leave messages about what they did and recommend. It’s a lot better than the previous company we used. I highly recommend them to anyone needing lawn service.

I live out of state, but my in-laws live in Canton, so I called to set up lawn care service for them. Eric was incredibly helpful—he walked me through all the available options, took the time to explain every step of the program, and got everything set up for my in-laws with no hassle. Unlike other companies that felt like high-pressure sales calls, Eric was informative, patient, and transparent. He even explained exactly what products would be used and what results to expect. They've had just one application so far, and their lawn already looks amazing!

These people are scammers! Do not trust them! I hired them to fertilize my lawn because I was having issues with broadleaf weeds. They claim to have treated the lawn multiple times but I never saw any results. I mean, not even a reduction in weeds. I honestly don’t even believe they were treating them at all. I never saw anyone actually spray or do anything to my lawn either. After complaining to them, they offered to come out and treat again and again still no results. So I called again and requested a refund for all of the past treatments that did not work. They refused to give me my money back. So I told them that I wanted to cancel my service and I wouldn’t be paying them any more money until I saw some actual results. Instead of fixing the weed problem or giving my money back, they told me I still needed to pay for the “treatments” even though it didn’t work. When I refused, they reported me to collections and put it on my credit report. so now I am out of the money, still have weeds, and now a ding on my credit report. What a rip-off! I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone. Use them at your own risk!
