This business truly exceeded my expectations! If I could give Rick a 10-star rating, I absolutely would! I had a serious Yellow Jacket problem this past Saturday — they were even getting into my house. I contacted Rick at 8:10 a.m., and by 11 a.m., he was already at my home to assess and treat the issue. He came back on Tuesday to retreat the hive and, during that visit, he also discovered and treated another hive near my deck door — something I hadn’t even noticed. He’s scheduled to return again at the end of the week to perform a final check. Rick is incredibly professional, genuinely honest, and offers affordable, trustworthy service. What stood out most to me is his depth of knowledge and his desire to educate homeowners. He communicates clearly and respectfully, never talking down to you. Yesterday, we had a very bad yellow jacket issue in our master bedroom ceiling, directly over our bed. Very angry wasps started coming out through the ceiling into our home. I called InsectaPro and left a voicemail, and no lie – Rick called back within two minutes and he was there in 20 minutes to take care of the issue! Turns out the nest in our ceiling was huge and just about to fall through the paper-thin ceiling they had eaten through! He took care of it within an hour. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and his pricing was very reasonable. He even called later to follow up. Excellent service and will be using them again.
