I have had generally great experiences with the pest control services of Insight pest control. Our service tech Devin has done an excellent job of removing a large yellow jacket nest on our property and a second wasp nest. He has set bait stations for rat control and been very responsive to our feedback about where we have seen evidence of rats and has been willing to listen to our needs and offer expert advice about rodent control. I had an unfortunate experience with one of the customer service people in the office that I spoke with on the phone who did not want to allow me to speak directly with the tech who had done the work at my house. Since I have been able to speak with the tech Devin directly everything has been fine and he is a very nice and professional person. I would recommend him for other people who need pest control services.

James S. can to our house to conduct the initial scanning and traps. He was really nice and walked us around the house showing us the things that he was seeing. He was very knowledgeable and knew where they were coming in and how they were getting around inside. He then laid out his plan and gave us some tasks to do in the meantime to help reduce the rat presence. After setting the traps he told us when and how to check the traps. overall great experience James S. was extremely helpful.

I had a lot of doubt about Insight’s service after 5 cancelled appointments but I was so grateful when Kevin arrived today! He listened to our concerns and addressed each of them complete and thorough - even crawling on his hands and knees in our crawl space to make sure everything was check. His service helped us to stay with Insight Pest Control!
