Had great service today by Devon. Very informative. He showed me the traps and educated me on what they showed. Then explained next service steps and again informed me of next steps. I highly recommend this company and this employee. These services were ordered by my landlord so I can’t speak to price but for peace of mind i am very happy.

Once again, I am very please with the work of the technician. Met Anthony today! Can I keep him? LOL. As always, the tech explains what he is doing, we saw that one of the bait traps was upside down so he explained how that could happen, drained it and refilled it. My initial call was because I could hear something in the wall. Noise is gone for now and he got 1 dead mouse. Hurray!!! My monthly fee is well worth it!

We've used Insight for a year and it's well worth the money for their services. The pest control staff is always super friendly and helpful, and always check in on any pest issues we're currently having. We most recently had Dayton stop by, and the customer service and attention to detail was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend their services!

We recently had a challenging situation in our home that needed more than a basic treatment. Dayton, the manager, came out personally to assess the issue, and his leadership showed immediately. There were some bumps in the road along the way as we had paid for three visits to have rodents removed/inspection check. The original Saturday 8 am appointment fell through, and although we had to call to learn about that, they did credit us a small amount for the inconvenience. Nobody called to schedule the third and final visit; however, when I called to follow up, they got someone out here the following Monday (next week). I’d love to give five stars, but since we had to do much of the follow up on our end, I took off one star.

Shawn did a great job. He explained what actions he would be taking during the service call when he first arrived. Then, after he checked everything, he took the time to explain the status of the pest control issues on my property. He was thorough and professional. I have been a customer of Insight Pest Control for several years. I have always been impressed by their service technicians and the company overall.

William Valentine was out to take care of a spider and rat problem. Every encounter ice had with this gentleman over the past year has been amazing. Extremely friendly, knowledg, and I appreciate his service.
