We have been using Insight for several years. I will start with our tech, Shane, not how he spells it. Shane is always pleasant and thorough! Secondly, the couple of times we needed extra service, the are always friendly and on top of it. It is a relief that when something comes up they take it seriously and try to get on it as soon as possible!

Just had my followup appointment with Insight. Allyn came over and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, he did the service (it was a followup so just a few things) and then reported all the activity that he saw. This is my second time interacting with Insights staff and it is clear they are professionals! Allyn was a top notch dude! 10/10 would recommend Insights services if you’re struggling with insects! Heck we didn’t even call them out for a mouse problem and they took care of it with no additional charge! Without them noticing the mice they could have done substantial damage to our home.
