Blake got down and dirty under my house. He did a great job addressing the rodents under the house and in the garage... after 3 years of past services from other companies, I feel this crew is a great decision to go with. I've had a few services from Insight now. Calum came this time and was very friendly and thorough with completing his tasks and explaining the services provided. 11/13/25 - Calum came by to check the traps and bait stations since they were low on his regular bi-monthly service in October. He topped everything off and put a few more traps under the house. I showed him a couple bugs that made their way into the house to find out what they were. He very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I feel like the removal of spider webs and insects around windows and light fixtures was insufficient. Lots of webs leftover or possibly rebuilt. After 1 day I’m seeing more insects around doors and windows. The eves are pretty clear.

Chris C. was amazing. He patiently explained everything and answered any questions I had.... he did a thorough job both inside and outside. I've already used them for a couple of years and love their great Customer Service! They do an amazing job of keeping the ants and other critters away. My big dog loved Chris! 👏 2nd Review: Chris C was back again today. My big dog Duke, remembered him from 3 months ago. Chris does an amazing job! He actually found 12 wasp nests, for which we were incredibly grateful.... we couldn't find them ourselves, as they were hidden under eves, etc. THANKS Insight Pest Control, and thank you Chris!!

Nathaniel was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly, and made sure the problem was completely resolved. His attention to detail was outstanding. Highly recommend him for anyone needing reliable pest control!

Morgan and someone else came out to my new property yesterday and these guys were awesome! 10/10 recommend. They were super thorough and fast!
