I never expected to have such a positive experience with a pest control company! The technician who came out, Eric Coley, was quick to arrive, professional, helpful, positive, friendly and informative. He took time to answer all my questions, and took the time to educate me about safe storage of food and other rodent-attracting substances, how to tell how recently the pests had been in the garage based on the freshness of their droppings, things we can do to keep them out from under the crawlspace and garage based on their uncanny ability to squeeze through impossibly small spaces. Eric did a great job, we don't have any more problems with mice, and he told me that the company he works for, Insight Pest Solutions, is family owned and very honest, unlike other companies he had familiarity with from the past. Many home service companies are not honest and would love to take as much money as possible from unsuspecting homeowners. Insight actually has integrity, and they want to do a good job and get good referrals instead of just squeezing as much money out of each customer as they possibly can get away with. This is a refreshing change, having dealt with a lot of companies over the years as a homeowner. I couldn't recommend Insight Pest Solutions more highly. Eric was the absolute best!

Insight has been a very good pest control company to work with. Their service technicians have always been courteous and thorough in their work. We had Tekyus service our home today. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and clear in verbalizing what he was going to do. I was very impressed with him. He is an asset to this company. In regards to the company we have had consistent positive experiences. Recently our youngest had surgery and they allowed us to reschedule twice. They were understanding and kind both times. We appreciated being able to wait until we were comfortable to spray. The only thing I have to say is I feel awful for the service professionals in regards to wearing long sleeves and pants in the heat of summer. I imagine this has to do with the chemicals they deal with but I am still sympathetic. On that note - not a single professional has complained. Again, a reflection of the excellent professionalism you’ll experience using this business.

Cory was very polite and explained the services in detail. Josh the technician was at my home faster than expected which was great. He was quick, thorough and explained things to me along the way. I didn’t have too many problems before and now I’m confident that I won’t in the future. And the fact that they are pet friendly was the determining factor in choosing them. Love my fur babies!
