My service technician Justen came out today to really help me out. I discovered fleas on one of my animals yesterday, and immediately reached out to schedule an appointment. I was greeted by another amazing tech Luke on the phone. As you can imagine if you ever dealt with fleas, I was coming into the situation pretty frazzled and needing as much help and reassurance as I could get. Luke explained the packages and benefits of ALL services out of the gate. He didn’t try to oversell me or undersell me, he allowed me to vent about the situation I was in, and immediately went into a very professional and reasonable sale pitch to get me set up with NEXT DAY service. I’m sure if you’re reading this review you can imagine how valuable that was alone with where I was at. Flash forward to today, Justen came out as promised - called me EXACTLY 30 minutes prior and went over almost everything I had already talked about with Luke (attention to detail exists in this world? 😂). 30 minutes later I saw Justen parked PROFESSIONALLY (I’m in Seattle so I’m actually shocked) and came up to my apartment unit, full equipped WITH shoe covers. These folks really care and it shows. Their employees are on time, professional, and eager to help. I’m extremely critical of my reviews and services expected because I have worked in many different fields of work to get where I am now. People like Luke and Justen are a reflection of what this company provides and a glimpse into the already stellar reviews. I look forward to the annual service I set up with them, because at this point after I’ve received servicing from them, it’s an absolute no brainer. If you reached this far, pick up the phone, call them, and move forward to that pest free life these folks will provide.

Very polite and thorough. Friendly and understanding. Best part is he listened to a couple of issues here at my house. As nice as he could be. We always have an issue in our crawl space, which he pointed out. He's on his toes and showed his concern, as most service providers do. Very happy with the service.

JJ did a thorough, professional job, taking the time to listen carefully and respectfully. He educated me along the way and answered all my questions. I feel much more confident that we can get this rat situation dealt with than I did before. Appreciate the concern this company shows when it comes to preventing second-hand poisoning of wildlife and pets. He was careful to determine where my cats have access to before putting down traps. Highly recommend!
