Kamuko did an excellent job spraying pesticide in and around our house. He was professional, thorough, and made sure everything was done properly. Very easy to work with, friendly, and reliable. Chris and Mason, were friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. Cole was very friendly and nice. I was happy with his being very professional. He was early by 15 minutes so that was awesome. But its been only 2 hours for the spray so I don't know if its working let. But I'm happy with the friendless and happy to make sure all your Questions are answered.

Customer service was horrible. They were actually rude. They pretend to be a pest control, but, after 2 times they couldn't get rid of a simple hornet nest. I asked if they could make sure their tech has a "bee suit" for their protection, and the lady said they don't have those, and, we arent an extermination company. Yet they were more than happy to take money and pretend they were. The technicians were very kind, and polite. The call center people were honestly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Almost Acting as if I inconveniencef them. After over a month and 2 times out the technicians couldn't get rid of a simple hornet nest. They charged 400 dollars to not even remotely effectively do what they were hired to do. After the way I was treated by them over the phone, and their ineffectiveness to "control the pest", I wouldn't use their service again. Ever.

Mason did such a great job today! He got right to work and even took care of our wasp issue. We have been customers of insight for awhile now and they are always 100% professional and take care of our pest issues! Thank you Mason for your hard work today!

Ended was very caring and knows what he’s talking about. He helped without any peoblems and made the visit feel great. He left us feeling better about our pests and did what he could to help with it. I appreciate him just like the guy Cole. This company really knows how to take care of clients

Just had my tech Kamoku out for some pest control, and wow, they were great! They really listened to all my concerns right from the start, which I appreciated so much.
