Christian was very professional, and courteous. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, and even waited a few minutes, without complaint while I cleared some things out of my bedroom closet so he could spray in there. My mom and I were really impressed with Christian, and the company's satisfaction guarantee for their customers, that if they see bugs within 2 weeks of having service, they'll come back free of charge. They charge less than competitors do, and they do a GREAT JOB! 👍

Daniel was on time, and very professional. He was friendly to chat with and went above and beyond during the routine prevention servicing-including removing some hard to reach webs in my garage. I highly recommend Insight and Daniel in particular. I hope to have him again next time.

The technician, Michael, let me know 15 minutes prior that he was heading his way. He arrived and introduced himself, explained the services and let me know where he needed to go to conduct them. He was very professional and well educated in pest control and was very polite throughout the entire visit. The service was quick and Michael was a true gentleman and a down-to-earth great guy.
