Expert usage and placement of chemicals, my bedbug problem is NO MORE. My elderly mother has had no problems with any of the chemicals used in the house either. Th anxiety that comes with discovering bed bugs entered your home is unreal. Me and my family were really stressed about discovering bed bugs in several rooms in our house. IBBR picked up the phone right away when we called at 11pm and were at my house the next morning with a set plan for fixing the problem. They fixed it right away and we haven't had the issue since. We sent in a request for a quote on a bank holiday, and within 15 min, we received a call to schedule an inspection. They came the next day to inspect and confirm. If you have bed bugs, you HAVE to do the prep work. We were able to do the prep work and had our 1st treatment the day after inspection!!!! Kevin was on time, professional, and answered ALL our questions. I even emailed 2 times after our treatments, and received prompt replies. This is not an issue you can take care of yourself. Just call these experts as soon as you see the problem. Update, They honor their warranty! We had an issue after our treatment, and Kevin called us on a Saturday to schedule an appointment to check it out that week. Came as promised and treated area without any issue. Realizing I had bedbugs was absolutely soul draining. As a single mom, with 3 kids and pets, I literally didnt know where to turn.
