Very happy with Integrum Services from start to finish. I contacted them about fitting a cat net on my balcony. Very helpful and friendly lady on the phone took all my details, someone got back to me with a quote via email. Everything was confirmed and booked in. On the day of the appointment the team arrived early and ready work. Very polite and professional. Finished the job fairly quick and tidied up after. I’m so pleased with the work they have done. There are four flat roof areas that are/have been adopted by gulls creating a nesting area for the past two years, raising chicks and making a massive amount of noise. The roofs became a meeting point for many gulls dawn to dusk waking us early as dawn approached. They also accumulated stones and 'played with them'. I approached Integrum and listened to options available and settle for the 2.5m daddi long legs rotating bird spider. The team arrived, explained the workings of the 4 devices and pre washing of the area and set about the task. Very professional and friendly and the job completed in about fours hours. Great Service. I had protectapet tension fitted enclosure installed on a balcony. The team showed up promptly, were very polite and respectful of the property and me. They were very methodical, tidy and disciplined in their work and discussed the installation prior to starting. I was impressed with the installation which was nice and straight, the netting taught, and cable ties evenly spaced and clipped. It was a pleasure to have such a professional experience throughout. Great service. They keep you informed with arrival and delivery of parts. No pigeons landing/nesting since installment. Didn't give 5 stars only because on initial consultation they mentioned the bird free gel lasts up to 3 years and after installed told me would be up to a year.

Resolved the problem I was having with Grey Squirrels I contacted a few companies and Integrum quotes a realistic price, outlining precisely the service they provide. Arranging the appointment online and providing a curtesy text message just prior to any visit. James who was my assigned to conduct the work was friendly, had a kind manner and was happy to explain the process and practice he would be conducting. On the final visit a squirrel was caught in an open trap, which was put in place following the second visit when nothing had been caught. Squirrel problem dealt with.
