The technician (Perry Mirsky) spent sufficient time diagnosing the bee problem I had in the walls of my house, he didn't just spray and leave. He explained what he was going to do to get rid of the bees, he also gave me a history lesson on bee behavior. He answered all my questions and was very professional and pleasant. The treatment itself was thorough and meticulous, and I noticed a dramatic improvement within 5 hours. He also told me what to expect in the next few days. Perry’s company service is the best! They literally saved me from bumble bees inside and outside my house. Perry came to do it himself, I am so thankful! I called this company and received a prompt response from the owner, Mr. Mirsky. Employee Atilio Iantorno came on time, was very professional in conducting the interview with me and answered my questions about roaches.He then started to work in getting the roaches out of my house. He did an excellent job, spraying the tiny creases and I saw how the roaches were coming out of their hiding places. Two days later, I saw dead roaches on the floors. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs this service. I requested that Mr. Iantorno come back for the second visit since he did a fine job and he is so pleasant and helpful.
