We needed a profession company to treat our old house for fleas and ticks per our lease. I contacted Bugs or US to get a quote, and the receptionist was very nice and the quote was very reasonable. We moved forward, and booked an appointment. James contacted me the night before confirming the appointment, and if the house was vacant. He showed up within the excepted time widow, and treated the interior and exterior of the house. He provided details notes of his visit on what he used and what he treated. Exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend!
