My regular pest control company is supposed to spray for wasps, but right after they did their quarterly service I noticed wasps hanging around the front of my house. They wouldn't come on the weekend, so I called It's Bugs Or Us, and James was able to come the same day and take care of the wasps (and find & remove nests the other company didn't notice). I'm extremely grateful for the quick and thorough service.

Even took extra time to go through likely possibilities for future needs/services and let me know my options for best results through D-I-Y, their services, or complementary work by another provider (ex. weatherproofing on garage door base). I am quite decided that should the need arise to perform maintenance or additional treatments, this company will be my first call.
