Matt took time to explain the process so I was very clear on the steps needed. He also offered recommendations to future proof our property relating to a different chimney which included photos and advice. 5 star service.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under my solar panels, and I needed someone to come and solve the mess they were making everywhere. Matt and the team at iX5 were fantastic from start to finish. They did an excellent job, they were lovely, great attention to detail and very professional. They weren't the cheapest. However, the cost was worth it because I will never have to do this again, and I was able to rely on them to do a safe and professional job. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Matt on more than one occasion, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. He previously carried out a complex honey bee extraction for us – a delicate job that he handled with great care and expertise.
