We TRULY appreciate this company! We have a quarterly service and they will always come back if we need to treat in between. They send you a report of all the products used during the service and amounts for full transparency. It's easy to pay the invoice after the service is completed. I definitely recommend giving Jay Taylor Exterminating a chance.

I made an appointment but called back a couple days later to ask a question when I was told that my appointment time had changed. When the appointment was over, I was told to pay $200. While scheduling the appointment, they told me $150. The man doing the work said that it would last about three months and that I may see some insects coming out after the spray. I was also told by the woman who scheduled the appointment that they could respray every three months with a contract. I saw more palmetto bugs after they sprayed so after a couple months I called and A different person answered and said that I didn’t have a contract and that the bug spray only lasts a month. I told her I would be calling a different exterminator because no one should need to call an exterminator every month.

Incredible, efficient, friendly service! I have worked with them for years. Always receive great customer service. However, today takes the cake! Jay Taylor himself came out to take care of a pest issue in my home. Arrived immediately after my call and handled everything himself. So grateful for the kindess and professionalism this company offers!

Jason proved to be very knowledgeable concerning the issues I was experiencing with my crawl space and potential solutions to resolve them. He’s the third technician I have worked with at Jay Taylor— for three very different extermination issues — and I could not be more pleased with the expertise and service I’ve received. Hopefully, no new issues will be popping up anytime soon!
