The older woman at self checkout walked up while I was trying to scan my items and said "survey?" Before going and clicking 10 and then "friendly, fast and helpful" all on her own before submitting it. I didn't even get a chance to say no, but she was most certainly not friendly or fast and made me checkout take longer while I tried to figure out what she was trying to do. Not cool, employees boosting their own ratings like this. This was rude and guarantees to me she is not friendly, fast OR helpful.

Props to your Drive Up and Go people. You all are always so quick, friendly and on the ball. I can't say that about other local Jewel stores. Great job guys!

I like this Jewel a lot. The order ahead for pick-up - 1 star. Produce is usually 50/50, but the worst is the substitution process - if you don't respond within a minute they close it out - even hours ahead of pick-up time. And, there doesn't seem to be any problem solving or proactive solutions, e.g. I ordered Boar's Head deli meat...out of stock. But no proactive recommendation on another brand. So the picker closes it out. Other stores do it way better than this one.

Three weeks in a row I have had nothing but difficulty with the clip your coupon system. Charged override $28 because it did not register any of my coupons. Adds that do not list musy buy 3 but then say it on the store shelf in small print.

One of my favorite Jewel to visit. Great prices , great merchandise availability. I love supporting my local stores. Its small yet they have everything. Customer service is good.
