The owner provided rapid response time and was able to come out the next day. He asks multiple questions, and did a thorough walk through of the property inside and outside. He identified problem areas and points of entry. He leaves you feeling reassured and kindly answers all questions. We didn’t feel forced to make a purchase or get locked into any contracts.
