Super friendly person. This business was the only business that would exterminate a yellow jackets nest that I had in the wall of my house after calling multiple others around Birmingham that wouldn't come out. I absolutely love these guys! They get me! “You know what I’m talking’ about Jimmy!” “You and your associate handled the job perfectly, not a trace of the Bug Man and his chemicals were left!” If you need a good, fast, friendly an effective bug man then call Jimmy and Steph. They really feel like you heard that one of your friends from high school started a bug control company and they pass the number to you. Then it’s like seeing old friends pull up!

The experience were AWESOME, can’t remember the guy name but he and wife are very nice… I haven’t had many wasps since they both came out… I’m very pleased with the service and will refer all my close family and friends

The treatments are very effective and I have not had any issues with insects or bugs in or outside of my home since using Jimmy The Bug Man. I am very happy with the pricing, scheduling, billing, and professionalism of Jimmy and his wife.
