No problems, quality friendly service. I purchased a home that was serviced by J&J and decided to keep them for peace of mind and simplicity. They've been out twice and have been very helpful and friendly each time, pointing out everything that goes on with the bait traps and how to look for problems near a wood deck. Kevin came out recently, super funny with a great sense of humor. (If you're reading this, I'd try to keep on staff, excellent person) Also.... I love their theme song, the guy that sounds like Louis Armstrong... super catchy :-)

The customer service at J&J is unparalleled. I called them after experiencing difficulties with another well known exterminating company, and I was so happy to connect with such a customer focused company. Sydney took my initial information and jumped right on it. She made it all a smooth and pleasant process. Frank was sent to my house to do the initial survey and I was just as impressed with his professionalism. The J&J crew get a big thumbs up from me!

We had a termite bait system installed around our home in March 2024 by J & J. When a miscommunication occurred regarding our first annual inspection, the Branch Manager, Adam, and the Service Manager, William, personally came out the very next day to address the issue. Adam clearly explained what happened and even gave me his business card so I could contact him directly if any future problems arise. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their prompt response, professionalism, and outstanding customer service!

Dylan’s Reid was awesome, checked around the outside of my house. Once finished he explained things to me about how to know if ground termites are entering my house. Great job!
