Contacted J&M to investigate unknown animal noises in our home. Jim came over and completed a very thorough inspection. He offered that mice were the likely cause. Very professional and considerate of our home. Fair price for inspection assessment. Would highly recommend. Note: At this time they do not offer control measures for mice. Jim did recommend DYI products easily obtainable on line.

Jim and Mike came out quickly upon request to inspect our house for bats. They were kind and reassuring. I have total faith that they will do what is in our best interest without over selling.
