Joe Day gives prompt efficient service and we would definitely recommend him if you have a problem with a wasp infestation. We called him to request treatment for a large wasps nest in our loft. Urgent as we are trying to clear the loft ahead of our house move in two weeks. Joe was able to attend the next day, wore protective clothing to apply appropriate chemical treatment and advised when it would be safe to re-enter the loft.

Great communication! Joe was easy to contact and chat to throughout the process and was very flexible in helping to resolve the issue even when we weren’t always around. He helped me get rid of ants in our wall (for now at least) but was very thorough with bait and report provided. Would use again but hopefully I won’t need to!
