Milten Quezada made a complimentary visit to our house and gave us an outside crawling insects, rodent activity, perimeter and rodent control. He was very courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, and took special notice to the AC units back of the house where mice like to eat the wires. We are on n annual maintenance program and have been for a number of years. Yesterday the tech, Manny, did our inspection which includes the crawl space where access is tight. Today 2 men came to help me alleviate the mouse problem I have. MILTON and WAYNE were a great team. Wayne did a lot of the spraying and trapping while Milton looked at the areas in need to determine how to best fix the issues. They were really good at what they did. Wayne even put my attic cover back.( not so easy ). JP McHale is lucky to have these guys.
