JP Pest provides excellent quarterly maintenance and has outstanding communication, sending timely text and email notifications. Each time I’ve needed to reschedule, the office team has been responsive and easy to reach. Nick consistently does a fantastic job during every visit. He sends a text 30 minutes before arriving, clearly explains problem areas, and thoroughly addresses any issues. We always do a full walkthrough inside and outside the home, and he sets traps as needed. Nick is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to explain not just what he’s doing, but why, which gives me real confidence in the treatment plan. He’s proactive in spotting potential concerns before they become actual problems and always makes sure everything is handled before he leaves. His professionalism, friendly attitude, and genuine care for keeping my home pest-free really stand out. JP Pest and all their staff have been wonderful to work with. Nick has been here the past few times and he is so polite and kind. If we need them to address a concern between services, it is easy to get in touch with them by phone or email and sometimes they can even come out the next day 10 out of 10.

Nick was so great. He is explained everything in detail to our family. Very respectful in our home. Wore protective covers over his boots because he noticed I had just moped my floors. He took care of all of pest concerns. Very happy with this company for hiring such a good person to have on there team.

The pest guy that we had come out today is Scott .I have crossed paths with Scott in the Walpole 99 restaurants location and he does an amazing job he always make sure that he goes over everything with us checks in to see where we're seeing any sightings any issues and very proactive. That man deserves a raise.
