From the first call, JT Pest was very responsive. The office reacted immediately and said they would get the guys out after I explained that it seemed like we had a wasp issue. Initial appointment was a few days out but the office called back to say the guys come later that day after their last job. Thank goodness they did. Justin and Carlos found that not only were the yellow jackets flying around the roof, they had also infiltrated and were hard at work on a hive. The father son duo got to work right away, getting rid of the pests and then came back a few days later to remove the nest which was very large. They were kind and courteous and took their time explaining. Also, as a bonus, they found that there was a slow leak in the toilet when they were trying to look at the hole the wasps were coming through that happened to be above the bathroom window. We were able to stop an additional problem in its tracks thanks to them. Hopefully we don’t have an issue like this again, but if we do I know who I’ll call! Thank you Justin and Carlos!

5 Stars all the way! Excellent communication, service, clean up and fair pricing. I called and asked for help with both a yellow jackets nest in a bedroom ceiling and a hornets nest in a tree. They came when they said they would and spent about two hours removing these nasty pests. I would definitely hire them again and I highly recommend them.
