I made an appointment, and the wasp nest removal was supposed to cost a flat rate of €250, which is quite expensive. First, they offered to pay by debit card, then cash... And then nobody showed up! Despite the appointment confirmation. No response to calls or WhatsApp messages. I waited 1.5 hours in the morning for nothing. No information, no apology, nothing. Absolutely disappointing!

I had contacted the company about a widespread fly problem, the elimination of which would certainly be a somewhat costly undertaking. However, during a very pleasant consultation with the pest control specialist in charge, he gave me a tip on how I could attempt to eliminate the problem on my own, initially without the use of chemicals.
