So happy to have Kilauea Pest Control. They have great customer service and always make sure their customers are satisfied. I recently had Michael H. service our home inside and out, he had great knowledge and even gave advice on how to maintain our potted plants ☺️. I will always recommend Kilauea Pest control, we’ve been bug free since the last service as always. We’re even in a new construction area and the Kilauea team still keeps the pests away! Really great service from Dustin, inside and outside the house. Very thorough. Today he found and treated the spiders’ nests that have been bothering us. Update: Had similar great service this time with Michael, who noticed the rodent bait traps were out and refilled them then did a comprehensive treatment of the inside and outside of my home. Very pleased.

Whit was a great technician. He not only checked out the spot where we had found the termite droppingsthat we had called in about, but took the initiative to check another spot that had also previously been treated. He borrowed a hand vac so he could clean up afterward. He was pleasant and professional.10/10 would ask for him again.

When I ask Steve about any areas of concern he will trouble shoot for me like when I saw ants in house he said it may be due to overhanging trees. I am doing tree trimming in the next so he warned me about possible rodent activity & if any problems he would circle back. Excellent service proactively & appreciate his proactively approach.

We’ve known Ray for a while, and we’re very happy with his service. He’s always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about what he does as a pest control technician. Ray takes the time to explain things clearly and always makes sure everything is taken care of before he leaves. Today was the actual treatment day. Logan came with his 2 workers Keiki and Ka’onohi Kalima. Logan explained everything again briefly and began work. We were very impressed with Logan’s easy way to explain about how the Queen may move, etc. They tapped, treated as well as crawl spaces and under the house. Logan was an excellent team manager and the crew listened well and did their work timely. We’re quite satisfied and look forward to our 3 month followup. The crew cleaned up and everyone polite yet professional. Mahalo Kilauea.

Jonathan conducted the annual termite inspection of my home on 10 November 2025. He has been the primary inspector for my home for many years. He constantly updated me on his arrival time, which I appreciated. As usual, Jonathan was very thorough and very informative. He found and treated areas that I would have completely dismissed as not a problem. Jonathan is a true professional. I intend to request him for all of my annual inspections. Kilauea Pest Control is very fortunate to have him. Please keep him on staff in the company. He is absolutely the best! Many thanks to Jonathan for all of his help over the years.
