About 1.5 months ago, the company came to remove a wasp nest from our balcony. Unfortunately, there was no communication about the fact that the poison used would not only be present at the nest site itself, but would also spread to the surrounding area. Our balcony consists primarily of herbs and edible plants. After applying the poison, we were shocked to discover that large amounts of the poison were spread across the balcony and covered all the nearby herbs and plants (e.g., the entire figs on the fig tree). This could have been avoided by covering or relocating the plants, but we were not informed and thus had no opportunity to do so. Not only did we spend days trying to clean the balcony to remove the poison residue, but all our effort and work was simply wasted. The wild bees living in the neighboring pots are now dead as well. The company has promised to cover the damage, which was a great relief for us. The employee working on site contacted us several times because he said there were no plants on the balcony, which is really absurd considering the balcony is full of plants. There was no apology for this. They communicated several times that not all plants were currently available because it was the middle of summer and most herbs and plants are sold in the spring. This was not addressed. In the end, we were only refunded for the plants we were able to order now. That is really annoying because the damage caused is considerably greater. The treated wasp nest is still there, and we have declined further treatment. So, unfortunately, our experience with the company was not a good one.

We would especially like to praise Mr. Christian Vlach for his professionalism and honest information, as these days it's rare for companies to be honest. We received excellent advice on the subject of bed bugs, were thoroughly informed, and a quick appointment was arranged. Another company tried to charge us €500 over the phone without even checking whether the problem was actually bed bugs.
