    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DO NOT USE KILTER! Our house was tented for termites and filled with their poison gases at 3:40pm. The tent top ripped open in the wind before 4:45pm, exposing 50x60 ft hole over 50% of the roof, with an additional 15x15ft hole in the back, and releasing ALL the poison gases. Three of our neighbors texted us and were VERY CONCERNED. We were also VERY CONCERNED! I called Kilter, but it was after close of business and ALL the Kilter personnel were gone. That afternoon & evening, I called Kilter’s after hours phone number 4 times, spoke with the after hours person, and left URGENT messages requesting a call back. I also called the Kilter emergency phone number posted on their “DANGER FUMIGATION” sign twice and requested an URGENT call back. I also sent an email to Kilter and included multiple photos of the HUGE holes. As a minimum, I was expecting at least a call back acknowledging the tent tear and maybe explaining the “leaking gas was not a concern.” After four days later, I have received NO RESPONSE. No phone call. No text message. No email. The gapping holes in the tent remained overnight. NOT a good advertisement for Kilter! We are NOT impressed with Kilter. DO NOT USE KILTER!

    Manuel Torres just completed a window sill replacement. It was an exceptional job . Looks like a new window. Service was on time extremely efficient and quick. Exceptional wood repair. Joshua Hartley Came and treated the door jams and treason holds for termites. He went above and beyond. He treated my house like it was his own. Both the services were exceptional *****

    Inspection was well done and professional. Unfortunately that professionalism ended after my deposit was paid. Despite rain being forecasted several days out and my treatment being indoor only the company decided to no show without warning on the day of the scheduled treatment, a day I had to take off work for. It was only after I called the company that they informed me they weren't honoring our appointment. My experience with Kilter was mostly positive up until this point, unfortunately they've proven themselves to be another unreliable company that doesn't value their customers' time.

    We have used Kilter Pest Control for over 10 years and have been very happy with their service. We have an annual contract and feel pricing is good. Service is always quick and efficient. The technicians are always friendly and do great work.

    Mr. Noe Bastidas SD recently came and performed the termite service was very good, congenial efficient and very polite. The lady Ms.Barb in the office was very friendly, She answered the questions nicely and patiently, We are going to set up another schedule of indoor pest control service.

    Luis was simply amazing. He was very knowledgeable and was able to locate termites where our salesman didn’t even look or find them. I was very impressed. I had three bids and was glad I went with Kilter.

    Anthony was amazing!!!! The Customer Service he provided was beyond my expectations. But the Customer Service office is definitely another story! Read reviews on the bad communication problems, didn’t believed it. Til it happened to myself, definitely rate the office customer service the worse. I don’t get call backs or emails back and the run around just to get someone to service my warranty. Be better Office personnel!!!!
