It's been a little over a month since Knight Pest Control came and handled a pest problem I have NEVER experienced & NEVER thought I would. I was mortified when I realized we were dealing with bedbugs & I cried for hours because I never thought I would have to deal with such a situation. I assumed if you kept a clean house then bedbugs would never find their way to my home. I was wrong. The owner, David, was kind & reassuring on the phone and explained to me the many different ways that people can come in to contact with bed bugs. He took the time to fully explain to me the prep that I needed to do on my end and they handled the rest. I HIGHLY recommend this company and appreciate that they gave me back my peace of mind because I was lost at how this happened & where to go from there. Knight Pest Control was efficient and produced the results that gave me my home back as if I never had that pest problem. I truly thank them for coming out in the freezing weather on time and ready! My wife called to have them come out and look at our house for a possible ant infestation. Whoever answered the phone and spoke to her was very rude to her. Would not recommend.
