Jake has been servicing my house for almost a year now. He is great at communicating with me and patient with explaining what certain items/sprays are used. Recently, Jake and his team installed mesh to get rid of the pigeons on my roof top. Install took a few hours and all team members were professional and personable. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I had them for a while. Everything was going well as i didn't have any issues and they came every 2 months to spray outside. Then recently i had an ant issue. They sprayed my house inside and outside twice and it did not fix it. I texted telling them we were still having issues and never heard a word from them. Still to this day have not heard a word. I had to get a different company to come spray and have not had an issue with ants since they sprayed.

What a terrible service. I had 2 mice in my house. I caught 1 myself with a glue trap but couldn't catch the other one. I called for their service. They sprayed propel inside my place (which is a rodent repellent). I couldn't get back in my home for 7 hours because of the smell. Well Its now been 2 weeks and still the same mouse. I called to get someone out here. 1 tech called me back and told me to call back in to the office. He was too busy. Emailed them again. They never responded. Finally I got a call and I told them how unhappy I was. I wanted to talked to a manager. The manager never called me back. I called the following day. I was talking to someone that takes calls in the office. He said that he was going to refer me to a supervisor. Well he never called me back The guy that answers the phone in the office said they are going to cancel my service. I asked I should get a refund since nothing has been done. He said he would call me back. Still haven't heard from them Update: I talked to Albert about a refund. He refused to give me back 175 dollars for the Initial setup of spraying my house . I told him I would let the world know with these reviews Bad service, bad support, and bad business The pictures are 2 weeks into their service. I still have mice I contacted the BBB. They are not accredited there either. Will look into court issues. This company should be held accountable for what they do to their customers Reported them to consumer affairs and to the pest control board

We called Tyler at Knock em Out about year ago with a pretty serious carpenter ant problem, which he has totally eliminated. He started out with two extensive spraying treatments outside and has kept up monthly follow-up services. The monthly service also includes rat abatement, pest control etc. All of his methods are poison free and not harmful to Owls, Hawks etc. We called another pest control place before Tyler and they told us some DYI option that did not work. If your having any problems with any unwanted pest or rodent he is the best!
