Knox Pest Control has wonderful techs. But I highly recommend you ask for Heather Robinson to service you! She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain and show us her work. She addresses every issue with professionalism and is always on time. We have used Knox for several years and have to say - HEATHER MAKES THE COMPANY!!! Call them for every pest concern and she will get you fixed up!!

I never thought I’d care to hype a pest control provider to others, but that was before I met Alana. My mom and friends actually laugh and are a little jealous that I have such a great technician! Alana is personable and kind. She’s sensitive to spraying around my cats and their things (she’ll sneak in a pet if they’ll allow her, which I encourage!). She understands my goals and sensitivities, and I have never felt pressured to add on services. However, her service ALSO ensures that I maintain my coverage through Knox. I went from an intense pest control startup because of rodents to mere maintenance, and I’m so grateful. I strongly recommend Alana and wildlife specialist Tim in particular!
