Awesome service! First got to talk through all of my concerns with the owner Jacob. He answered all of my questions and talked through service plans. I then got to meet Nick who came out and inspected. Very knowledgeable and talked me through everything. Put my mind at ease having him look around. He then sprayed around the outside of my house and perimeter. Excellent company and friendly technician. Definitely recommend!

Really appreciate the service from Kodiak. I first, looked for a free quote on their website. Nicholas called and provided everything very well. Told me of their unlimited plan that provides great service and would meet our needs. I called again and spoke to Jacob who gave me a little more detail on the plan and was able to answer my questions. The call ended with me discussing things over with my spouse to see if this was something that would be beneficial for us. We are dealing with mice and having a hard time trapping some and then dealing with ants and wasps of different kinds. Jacob called me back the next business day to follow up and see where we might be at. I appreciated that. We went ahead and started the service! Nick came by the next day and again was very willing to listen to me and answered all my questions and concerns with the issues we are having. He baited our attic and crawl space. Along with areas outside. He sprayed around our house and focused on one area where wasps had nested. We had initially stuffed areas of the house with steel wool for any potential access that mice could be getting into. But were still having problems. He inspected areas in our home and in the crawl space where mice could potential be getting into. He was able to give me some answers as to what could be going on and I really appreciated that. He was very easy to talk to and listened and provided feedback. He even kindly took care of a mouse that we had trapped behind our oven. The unlimited plan also does not charge an additional fee if we have to call them again between their next visit which is so incredibly nice. I look forward to continuing this service and hope that it helps us with our pest problems! Thank you for the great service.

I just had my first service, and Jacob was very thorough, explained things very well to me, and helped me understand the Pest Control process. He set bait stations to keep mice away, and cleaned up all spiderwebs, as well as spraying inside and outside. I feel very happy With the service I received!

Very pleasant to work with. Sprayed for boxelder bugs. Came out a second time for a touch up at no extra cost. I really appreciated all their help. Pricing was very reasonable.
