I highly recommend this company. He was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. As the other reviews mention, he does the job to help people & his price is fair. He doesn’t try to upsell. He also speaks excellent English, which makes communication easy and clear. On top of that, he offers practical advice and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly.

I was so worried about my pest problem when I first called them out, but Mr. Blank was super professional and kind. He explained everything to me patiently and let me know step by step what the process was. My German is also not the best but we managed to do a combination of English and German when I did not know the words, which I really appreciate as an expat. Quick and professional, there is no one better if you need any pest control related company. Would highly recommend.

I had a problem with bedbugs and at first I was in contact and under the service with another company but they were irresponsible and unprofessional so I was looking for another one and found this company. In any field of work, there are people who do jobs just for money and people who do jobs with a genuine heart to help others. Lukas was the latter one, very professional in his work, he made much more precise inspections than the other company, answered all the little concerns I had, and also he was really thinking what is the best for my situation instead of his income. There are many fake or irresponsible companies in this field of insect exterminator, but I will keep coming back to this company in the future if I encounter any problems again in the future.
