Had the rat snake in the photo climb our sliding glass door and called KP Wildlife Control to help us assess the situation. Hillary was fantastic in communicating with us to get on the schedule. Our house is a little bit older so Kevin came out and did a thorough inspection of the house and property. He walked us around and explained all the areas we could make improvements. Afterwards, he wrote a comprehensive estimate, identifying potential solutions at multiple prices points to provide us with options. Once we decided what solutions we wanted, Kevin came out and did the work exactly as quoted and at a fair price. We can’t recommend KP Wildlife Control highly enough!

K.P. Wildlife did an excellent job removing the racoon from my attic. Kevin set a trap on our roof after identifying the entry point and type of animal. He also sealed the other potential exit. When the roof trap didn't work, he set a trap over the vent entrance/exit and caught the momma racoon within 48 hours. Yep! I said momma. I was pretty sure there were babies and also pretty sure where they were at. Kevin cut a hole on the side of our gable/roof and was able to reach in and scoop out 3 babies. He then fixed the hole to ensure no other animals could get in. Definitely a cool experience, they were really cute, but they are cuter now that they are not living in my house. I would definitely recommend K.P. Wildlife if you have animals trying to live rent free in your house. They are also not as expensive as other businesses.

KP Wildlife did a great job helping us remove a bird nest from a bathroom vent. The office was easy to schedule with, the technician was on time and communicated he was on his way to our house to give us time to get prepared. He arrived on time and was very thorough in his inspection and removed the birds in a humane manner which was important to us. He cleaned everything out quickly and secured the exterior with vent covers. He also checked a few other places on the home where critters normally enter just to make sure there was not others we hadn't found. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service. The office sets an expectation of pricing up front and the price at the home was exactly in line with what we were quoted. Although I was surprised by the price of this type of work being pretty high, they were honest and the pricing was what they said it would be. Great experience, would use them again!

A contractor noticed bats flying out of our attic while doing repairs. We immediately stopped work and I reached out to KP Wildlife. Hillary quickly returned my call and was so kind. She had us scheduled the next day for an inspection. Kevin arrived and was so professional and friendly. They have handled all of the work from removal of bats, caulking openings and sealing up any entryways. So nice to know they care about the animals and fix the situation in a humane way

We returned to Grasonville...two weeks ago....from "wintering" in Florida and starting hearing noises in the attic....we immediately thought SQUIRRELS!!! However, when my husband finally lowered the attic stairs..and shined a flashlight, the eyes and face staring at him were not those of a squirrel....it was a RACCOON!! OMG....He slammed the door and I started "freakish ' out"!!! After calls to several pest/wildlife control numbers .....no answer....voice mails....no return calls....an a possible appointment 3 weeks out....we came across K.P. Wildlife Control when I did a Google search....I saw it was Sudlersville and "saw that as a good sign"!!! Hillary answered her phone almost immediately around 4:30 in the evening!!! She listened to my story...was very compassionate... .got in touch with her husband, Kevin....and set us up for 8:00 AM the very next morning!! As soon as Kevin got out of his truck, I felt at ease....his very presence here took a weight off my shoulders....and I AM NOT exaggerating....this is the honest truth!! Kevin is the "real deal"....genuine...honest...friendly.....extremely knowledgeable and explains everything in easy to understand terms!!! My pictures below show what Kevin left with...he was able to locate them fairly easy....they were out in the open....not hidden away!!! To say I love this man is an understatement....in this case he was my savior!!! Consider me 100% Team K.P.Wildlife Control....Kevin and Hillary are simply "The BEST"!!!

Hillary was fantastic, provided an excellent consumer experience with scheduling an appointment with KP Wildlife to provide additional preventative services to my home within a very reasonable timeframe to ensure our house is sealed (dryer vents) to prevent wildlife from entering this fall. A couple of years ago I had a bat in my attic and Kevin removed the bat, did a complete inspection and sealed all top level entry points of my home to prevent future issues. Also, Kevin and team have inspected and sealed all bottom level entry points to prevent critters from entering my home. In summary, KP Wildlife has made my entire home off limits for critters. KP Wildlife is always very friendly, professional and good at what they do. If you currently have a wildlife issue or to prevent future wildlife issues KP Wildlife is the only service to call for a humane and complete resolution.
