This business is owned by a husband and wife. Both are very knowledgeable about their field of expertise - and the problem I currently have - squirrels. I called and spoke with Cindy, and her husband drove to my Fayetteville house the following day. He quickly diagnosed the problem, thoroughly explained the 'entry' point, and set three 'have-a-heart' traps w peanut butter during his first visit. Within 24 hours, one squirrel was contained in my attic and Mike removed it the following day. That's excellent service !! I knew he was successful because the bowling convention - lots of nut trees on this property - in my attic, had ceased. I highly recommend Krause Wildlife Control :)
