We have never had our house sprayed before, they came when no one was home except my 11 year old son. I have no idea what they did because I didn't get to talk to anyone. When I called they were VERY rude and basically they dont need to explain what was done. I will NOT be a repeat customer. Very disappointed.

Revised my earlier review, I had a great conversation with the owner who has lived up my highest expectations and deserves a five star rating and I am looking forward to a bug free summer.

I have them out every fall for Asian beetles and I think they do an excellent job.

We have experienced an Asian beetle invasion in the fall the last two years and they are in the house for at least 9 months. Finally called Lakes Area Pest and I am amazed that the beetles land on the house and die. So far none have gotten into the house. So glad we called and will have them spray in both spring and fall season. Thanks
