Called Lamp about a potential mouse in the house. They sent Jeremy out the very next day to check for entry points and lay out bait. He was kind, very thorough, and knowledgeable. I felt confident in his work as he explained everything well and seemed to have experience. I’ll be having them back to recheck. Very glad I called them.

Jeremy did a great job explaining the process before starting our initial treatment. He reviewed preventative measures for termites and gave Alyssa quite to consider but didn’t pressure us into anything other than the services ordered. He did a good job spraying everything and we look forward to having the maintenance service to prevent issues. Lamp proof pest control was recommended to us by a friend who is also very happy with their services and has been using them for years.

Jeremy McCloy was very helpful! We had to call for a follow-up after our first of the four seasons plan. Jeremy came back out and listened as we described the ongoing issue we were facing.
