    They did a job and were reasonably priced. Nick removed a bald faced hornets nest from our tree. It was attached very well and after several hits at it, it was clear that it wasn’t just going to fall out. He was patient and persistent with it and ended up cutting down the branch. he bagged up the nest and cleaned up the area from all the debris that fell out of the nest. I appreciate his attention to detail.

    Deleted my previous review. I happened to come home last week while the tech was here so I got to see him do the treatment. I was shocked to see it takes closer to 30 minutes to treat everything they say they treat. The last 3 times I've had quarterly treatments, the tech has been done and gone in under 10 minutes. Now I understand why I continue to see spiderwebs and bugs everywhere - those last 3 treatments weren't really done. This one last week, fantastic! The only issue now is the scheduling and billing office. I had to call in October to ask if my quarterly treatment was going to be done since I was due at the beginning of September. They said they were "busy" and could get me on the schedule for 10/24. Now here we are the following business day and they are sending me multiple notifications to pay my bill. Wow. Calm down. I waited almost 2 months past my quarterly due date for you to do my quarterly service, which I doubt would have gotten scheduled if I hadn't called. You can wait a day or two to receive the payment, get off my back. Business tip - if you are going to hound folks for payment minutes and hours after a service is complete, be on top of the service and get it done on time. Timely payment is made for timely service. Charge me a late fee for a poor review while you're at it.

    My neighbors have referred landlock for a while now! Finally followed up with them and they have been phenomenal! Shout out to Spencer for playing phone tag with me and not giving up and for Michael H. the pro tech for being so awesome and thorough on explaining everything. I met him maybe a year ago and he said to reach out when we were ready! Looking forward to seeing how effective the treatment is!!!

    Stay away from this pest control service. Recently, I had used them and afterwards I was presented w/a bill double the amount and not what was quoted. I don't know why and neither did their staff including the service technician. I would not like to believe Nathan ( the technician) was trying to earn 100 more than was given me. I emailed the owner, Jason and unfortunately two weeks later I still have not yet heard back! Even though the office representative reconfirmed the original price for billing, I still find it hard to believe even after Nathan called to figure out what happened, he could not get a straight answer from the office team. Something is terribly broken 😞 there! Sorry Jason ( the owner) but this is what happens in a public forum. I tried to keep private alas u never responded to my reach out emails! Folks, go with a trusted tried and true like Terminex or Paramount.

    Go with this company if you want to hold their hand servicing your home, have had them for a over a year never once did they inform me verbally "they couldn't service the back yard" because they couldn't find the gate to the back yard. Once I created an online account to find out why there were so many spiderweb on The back porch right after a service... Thats when I found out they couldn't find the gate or access the back. I called for a reserving of strictly the back of all spiderweb, they came out and did it. I went in the back and it did not look like they did anything again. I called to reservice again and physically showed the technician what I was talking about and next day looked it was a half ass job and he missed so much still. 115 dollars quarterly for half a yard being serviced and me having to reschedule the same porch service twice within 2 weeks.... Their compensation was rest of the season mosquito treatment. Very disappointed and canceled treatments today. Pictures attached are after it being "serviced" 2 times.

    I am extremely disappointed with this company and strongly regret signing a contract with them. Their customer service is consistently unprofessional, and my experience during scheduled treatments have been unacceptable. Because interior access is required, I had to be present during appointments and each time I felt uncomfortable in my own home due to the technicians attitude and behavior. One technician outright refused to spray the interior of my home until I contacted my husband via FaceTime. I reported the incident, and the company assured me that this technician would not be assigned to my home again. Yet the same individual showed up to the next visit. The service itself is also poor. rooms that I specifically requested to be treated were skipped, and the technicians displayed a dismissive and rude demeanor. At times, I felt a clear sense of disrespect, and the overall environment made me extremely uneasy. This has been one of the worst service experience I have ever encountered. I cannot in good faith, recommend this company to anyone.
