After having a few questions about some brown spots in my lawn, Chris the manager from Lawn Doctor came out an hour later to come take a look so he could address the issue immediately. They do a great job, but Chris’s service went above and beyond.

I had a deeply disappointing and disturbing experience with Lawn Doctor. They claimed to have completed the full treatment on my property, but upon inspection, it was obvious only half the work was done. When I contacted them to address the issue, I was met with blatant disrespect, misogynistic behavior, and harassment. Their tone was not only rude but aggressive enough that I had to contact the police and file a report for my safety and peace of mind. As a woman, I felt completely bullied, intimidated, and disregarded. It was clear that customer service and accountability mean nothing to them if you're not a man. No one should be made to feel unsafe or unheard when raising a legitimate concern. To make matters worse, I’ve since hired a new lawn service company that is half the price, offers more treatments, and provides far superior customer service. I highly recommend avoiding this menacing company at all costs—don’t waste your money or your sanity.

We’ve always had a good experience with Lawn Doctor, our lawn always looks great and they always come out when promised and if any touch ups need to be done. Update 12/22/2022-We continue to have a good experience with Lawn Doctor, our lawn looked great yet again for the 2022 season and I've just renewed for the 2023 season. Our lawn has never looked as good as it has since we've hired Lawn Doctor. If I have any issues, I just call them up and they are usually out the next day to address them, and so far I've had very few issues other than a missed treatment because I forgot to open my gate. So far I have no complaints, very happy with their service. Update 11/09/2023 - We've had Lawn Doctor of Bridgewater treat our lawn for a few years now, and we've been very pleased with their service. Our lawn has never looked better. They always let you know when they're coming out ahead of time, either by phone, email or text. I would recommend them to anyone.

We are highly satisfied with the work that Lawn Doctor has been doing with our lawn since we started with them. I wouldn't have anyone else come out to tend to our lawn. They are reasonably priced and will work with you on the treatments you want for your lawn.

I have been using these guys for years and I am completely happy with their service. They are professional, on time and do a great job. Since I stopped trying to do the lawn myself and hired these guys my lawn has gotten so much better. Picking up the fertilizer yourself and applying it at the right time is a hassle with hit or miss results at best. I recently upgraded and got a sprinkler system. Between that and what these guys do, I now have one of the best lawns in my neighborhood. I highly recommend these guys if you truly want a beautiful, weed free lawn.
