So far the initial first impression was great! Brad was very responsive to calls and was able to answer all my questions as well as provide information. He was able to work with our schedule to come out and take a look at what we had going on and where the rats were getting in from. He showed up right on time and placed some bait stations out in areas common to where the rats have been running along. I’ve tried various baits and traps from big box stores with not a lot of luck. Brad was able to make me feel pretty confident that the supplies he uses will work and that I don’t need to worry too much about my dogs as the bait is reasonably “safe” towards them. Seemed to be knowledgeable and was very professional! Also very friendly and personable. I’ll give it a few weeks or so to see how the bait stations do as I know it is not an overnight solution and Brad also made sure to explain that it takes a little time as well just in case I wasn’t aware of it. I’ll update in a few weeks or so on the results. I also like that they offer a no contract service so I only have to pay once for them to stop by. This way if one visit takes care of it I’m not paying for more than what’s needed! From there I can have them come out again as needed for continued “maintenance” of pests or if the rat infestation really continues with no change or results. This helps keep costs down for the customer and keeps it more affordable as well. He was also able to provide me a rough estimate over the phone on pricing and the final price was right within that quote range I was initially told. So far I’d highly recommend Lawrence Pest Free Pest Control based off today’s experience to start with! Thanks for stopping out and working to help reduce/eliminate my rat problem!

We were terrified we had bed bugs and contacted Brad right away in the morning. He came out before noon of the same day to inspect our home, urgency we were very grateful for. He gave us the good news that he didn’t see any evidence of bed bugs after a thorough search taking his time, and unlike some other pest control companies, didn’t rip us off by proceeding with treatment anyway because my partner had bites (they turned out to be welts caused by virus). He was very professional and friendly. He told us over the phone that whatever cost he quotes, he will stick to even if more work is required. His honesty and expertise means we will be using him in the future for pest needs.

I had a bee problem behind the siding up around the saufit of my house. Brad and Ethan arrived the day after I called and were very knowledgeable and professional. Besides, anyone who climbs a ladder 16 feet up to go after alot of bees has my utmost respect. Brad explained how & what he'd do. It appears the bee issue has been eliminated for what I consider a very fair price. Hired Lawrence Pest Control May 2023 $170.00 Damages to household items, including sofas and loveseats, chairs, mattresses and box, springs, multiple bags of damaged clothing, linens, beds, sheets, towels, shoes, boots, jackets, vehicles, carpet in every room, etc In mid May I noticed I had some spots in my carpet that looked bare. I immediately contacted Lawrence pest control. They cane to spray the inside/outside of my house. At the end of May or beginning of June I called them because I was skeptical about whether or not it was working properly, and asked him to come over and make sure that everything looks good. He said, it takes a few weeks to work but he agreed to stop over. I expressed to him that my bedroom in particular was my area of concern from what I thought were carpet beetles but he said whatever it was he sprayed would cover both carpet beetles and moths. However, the infestation spread throughout the house but that was where I believe it started. He looked around in a couple of rooms, l and said things seem to be fine. He said we came here for carpet beetles but it will cover moths as well. He was reluctant to spray my room again, but he did. Just before the 4th of July I contacted him again because I started seeing more insects in my home than I did before. I was seeing the remenants of clothes eating moths , or encasement moths. These types of moths intertwine themselves into your fabric, your clothing, your carpeting, or whatever debris they can find, including hair, dust particles, carpeting. I was finding them all throughout the house and my clothing had holes and threads coming loose. He didn’t seem happy to come over again and clearly he was not. he looked around the house and said he didn’t see anything, and that he would not spray because it would be too much chemical. He picked something up off the floor and said these are not insects and that he couldn’t keep coming over because I was paranoid. He said that they’ve been in the business for 20 years and they back up their work and if I want my money back, I could.

Brad has serviced two of our homes now for ant problems, he does an amazing job, and will give you good solid honest advice. Jean will contact you ahead of your appointment and make sure that the time still works for you a couple days ahead of time as well. Very professional and excellent service!!
