After our previous pest control company stopped responding to our request for help with an ant issue, we reached out to Liberty Pest Management—and they were fantastic. They responded quickly, came out to assess the situation, researched the cause, and provided a clear solution. Thank you for the great service - from the owner (John) who replied to me right away, to Mark, the service manager who had a quarterly visit in a client in my neighborhood the next day and stopped by to address my questions and Anthony, who came 2 days after my first contact to do the assessment and quarterly service. Anthony is very professional, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and gave valuable tips and information that will help keep our home pest free.

I've been using Liberty Pest Management for well over 11 years and have ALWAYS been happy with their service. Ed has been my technician as long as I have been with them. He is very knowledgeable; explains thoroughly what he will be doing and/or applying to my home. If I have to call for retreats, I am responded to in a timely and quick fashion. Ed and Liberty Pest are alright in my book. I highly recommend them.

This review is long overdue, (and sorry if it's long) but I have been a customer of Liberty Pest Management for probably somewhere close to 15yrs now. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my pest control service. Everyone on their team goes above and beyond for their customers. Ed has been my service technician for years, and he is always prompt, courteous, and thorough. I can literally count on one hand the times that I have seen any roaches, or bugs in my house since becoming a customer all these years. They respond immediately to any questions or concerns that I have. And even just recently, when I had an emergency problem at my daughter's new apartment, their technician Mark went out of his way to make sure they got to it ASAP, and addressed and resolved her issue in her new place, which gave us both more peace of mind. No need to search for any other pest control company. Their service and prices are the best! I am a customer for life!

Liberty Pest Control is awesome! We got back from a 6 week trip only to discover that we had carpenter ants. I called Liberty because they were highly recommended by Keepers of the Green. I was expecting to leave a message because it was a Sunday. However the owner, John Korte answered and spent about 30 minutes on the phone with us. He sent his technician Mark out the next day! Mark was just as great. We signed up for quarterly service. We haven’t used a pest control company in 30 years because we’ve done it ourselves and it hasn’t been an issue until now. I highly recommend Liberty!!

From the owner, John, to the guys that came out, Anthony and Brad, this is a top shelf organization. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, polite, fast, did a great job… excellent service from beginning to end! We had a rodent problem that was causing a lot of anxiety. They were at my home within the hour, explained everything in detail and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I asked when they were coming back to do the work and they said we’re here, we are going to do it right now. In a matter of a few hours, they came, they saw, they conquered. Very impressed!!

Liberty Pest was so responsive when I was searching for pest management control. The owner called me back after hours and I was able to arrange service for the following day in Tampa. Our service tech Matt arrived within the time frame I was provided. He was so pleasant, informative and THOROUGH. I really appreciate this company, their customer service, and care shown for their clients. I highly recommend!
