My indoor cat had escaped overnight and parked herself under the neighbor's car where I couldn't get to her. After calling lots of animal control places I got a hold of Officer White - who showed up at the end of his shift and still offered to help. I was able to borrow a trap through an easy process and returned it when I got my cat back. It was a stressful time and everyone was very understanding and accommodating. It was a big relief to have help.

Don't call them for deer. The situation was handled extremely poorly. I didn't realize that animal control's idea of helping animals was killing them. A deer caught in a net does not need to be put down. It was handled without sympathy or grace.

She took care of my problem in a calm manner as I sobbed. The poor squirrel had her tail suck in our feeder wires.

They came within 30 minutes of me finding a baby kitten and my neighbor's yard

I would give this business zero stars if possible. An animal control officer inappropriately yelled at my 6 month old puppy and when I placed a complaint, her boss defender her choice by saying she felt uncomfortable in the situation. While normally I’d commend standing up for your employees, this animal control officer chose to yell at my controlled & leashed 25lb puppy while from the safety of her car. I don’t think she felt threatened, I think she was just a mean hag! There’s a way to express information without having an unprofessional attitude, perhaps your employees should be retrained on communicative skills.
