Guzman has been our technician for many years now and I have nothing but praise for this employee. He does Outstanding work every time he comes out to service our property. Very professional and courteous. I had several cheaper offers from other companies but, I choose to stay with Lloyd because of Guzman.

Horrible customer service. Very hard to schedule a visit after paying. They were going to do a second extermination and the agent that was assigned to me was non responsive although it’s a text message communication channel, not email. I needed to reschedule and no response from them. It was like talking to yourself. For the price they charge just take your money somewhere with quicker turnaround times and better agents.

All technicians are helpful, respectful, and professional. We have been customers of Lloyd Pest Control for years and have no reason to look for another company to service our home. This is the third home of ours that they have serviced. We also love that we can call in between visits and get a technician out if pests are a problem.

I would not recomend this company ! During the bagging process while they were on sight, things went missing ! This was a historic sight and zero care was taken to safe guard the property while the house was being bagged. Missing approximately 12 terracotta roof tile that match this home ! They are very expensive to replace. They feel it was not their responsibility! They take zero responsibility for anything ! I DO Not recommend this company at all !

Ethan does a great job. If we have an issue before next scheduled service we are always evaluated and appropriate service is rendered. I’m really happy with his work!

Anna, who scheduled my appt. was great. She tried to get me in, same day and promised to call me back. I was pleased she followed up and she got me in the next morning, which was great! Edward came out, and was extremely thorough and cared about solving the issue. I continue to be very pleased with Lloyd's entire value chain, regardless of who I'm dealing with. Hisela was the best technician you had. We have been dealing with her for years. Always professional. Always punctual. Always worked with a positive attitude and with a smile on her face. Our tenants loved her. It is sad to see that you would treat your best employee like this. I will be closing my account with you and will also urge our other managers who btw manage over 1000 apartments here in San Diego County, to immediately cancel our service with your company and sign up with your competition. Preferably a reputable company who doesn't harass their best employees or fires them for doing their job! I am hoping that this review reaches the eyes of your CEO Jamie Ogle and that he looks into what appears to be an unjust termination.
