The team at Lloyds Pest is second to none in this industry. Specifically Danny Dahl- his expertise, communication and ability to get things done timely and with clarity is a nice breath of fresh air compared to many other termite inspections I have seen and dealt with. They identify findings clearly and provide direct routes for repair & clearance. Thanks Danny & team!

Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend this business. My 94-year old father paid for TWO ongoing service contracts for multiple years with both active through this month. We are selling his house and the buyers inspection for termites required spending more than $10,500. When I called Lloyds to ask why that would be, I was told no one from Lloyds had even been to their house in over two years! They take advantage of seniors! I've called and emailed but no response. They took his money for over two years and NEVER went to the house. After I called, someone went out and sprayed and sent a renewal bill - NOT RENEWING!

I live on a multi-unit property (only 5 units), Lloyd Pest control leaves paper notices on top of our mailboxes (not inside them where they won't blow away? - a rant for a different time). I tried calling them SIMPLY TO ASK where they are applying pesticide on the property and how often. The lady on the phone said she can't tell me. (???) She said I have to reach out to my property manager, and then they have to call her and ask the same question and then my property manager would get back to me. That is pretty annoying. It seemed like a simple question I should have a right to know, but apparently not. I told them my concern was related to the fact my toddler plays outside around the property and we want to know what areas to avoid. She did not seem to care or want to help me.

I’ve been using Lloyds for all pest control services. They have been so easy to work with. Kaitlyn is very responsive; great communication. She has been a huge help in answering any questions I have and being clear on the scope of work. The techs are always friendly as well, have only heard good things from our tenants!

Lloyd's frequently ranks amongst the highest rated of all our vendors on our tenant surveys. Whether is prevetion or treatment for an active issue, we couldn't recommend them higher to anyone in the SoCal Area!
